Our semi-automated solar module manufacturing line enables us to produce quality Made in the USA solar modules. Our module line is comprised of automated stringers that connect ten cells together (6 strings of 10 cells per module). The interconnection soldering system utilizes 3 robots to cut, solder, and connect copper & tin-coated ribbon. Our laminator allows us to laminate 4 modules at once. To ensure quality and efficient technical performance of the module, we utilize flashing & hi-pot testing to test the modules for efficiency and overall performance (IOC, VOC, voltage, fill factor, etc.).
