John H Wu - Cheif Executive Officer
John H. Wu, Chief Executive Officer has more than 10 years of experience in management systems integration implementation, business development both domestically and internationally, and the association of budgets and timelines to complete each project as planned in the global manufacturing industry. Immediately prior to his current position, John was a principal of King of Fans, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. King of Fans, Inc. is one of the largest leading manufacturers of Home Comfort Products worldwide, producing over 4 million units per year with an unrivaled manufacturing capacity of 1,600,999 units per month. John has extensive experience in applying technology and management skills to environmental systems, and designing environmentally sound solutions to complex problems. As Chief Executive Officer, John provides solutions for consumer solar power needs. He manages the development of solar cells, modules and solar power systems on an automated cell processing line that is capable of producing one of the largest solar cells in the industry. John’s principal focus is on the growth of photovoltaic energy, as the demands for clean energy self-sustaining electrical devices are increasing.

Charles E Buncher - President & Co-Founder
Charles E. Bucher, President and co-founder has more than 16 years experience in engineering, product design and development, manufacturing, and corporate management.  Prior to forming Solar Power Industries in 2003, Mr. Bucher was President of Solar Power Technologies, a start-up company founded to commercialize CIS thin film technology.  Prior to this, he was Vice President of Engineering at King of Fans, in charge of research, design, and development of home comfort, photovoltaic lighting and air moving products.  Mr. Bucher has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience, including establishing high-volume commercial product lines for manufacturing in China .  His strong entrepreneurial background as a prolific inventor has resulted in more than 50 patents to his name.  Mr. Bucher is a major proponent for renewable energy technologies and possesses a passion to help foster and commercialize the photovoltaic industry.

Mark C. Faurie - Chief Financial Officer
Mark C. Faurie, Chief Financial Officer, has over 30 years of accounting, financial management, banking relationships, acquisition & divesture, and corporate administration experience in public accounting and private industry positions of corporate controller (DeVillbis Health Care), CFO (Acutus Gladwin) and Treasurer/VP Corporate Development (Rapidigm). Mr. Faurie has managed the financial, income tax, and administrative due diligence aspects of numerous domestic and foreign acquisitions, working closely with counsel in structuring the associated purchase agreements, and overseen the post acquisition integration of accounting and information systems of acquired companies. In his immediately prior position as Treasurer/VP Corporate Development of Rapidigm, Inc, an IT consulting firm and two time member of the Inc. 500, he oversaw the financial and tax aspects of the dynamic growth associated with this industry and lead the due diligence process culminating in the successful private sale of the company to an IT services competitor. His current role encompasses all accounting, financial reporting, tax, and financing matters. Mr. Faurie became a licensed CPA in 1981 while employed by Ernst & Young.

John R. Easoz - Executive Vice President
John R. Easoz, Executive Vice President, has over 32 years experience in energy engineering and research, photovoltaics development and manufacturing, and technical and corporate management. He is responsible for company operations including manufacturing, engineering, research, sales, human resources, and general administration. Prior to starting Solar Power Industries, Mr. Easoz was Vice President and co-founder of EBARA Solar, Inc., an R&D company dedicated to the development of dendritic web silicon processes. He has also had extensive experience in the areas of nuclear fusion development, surface/particle interactions, ion beam physics, crystal growth, thermal hydraulics, and control systems development while employed at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Mr. Easoz has authored or co-authored over twenty-five technical publications, and has two patents.

Richard Rosey - Vice President Marketing & Sales
Richard Rosey, Vice President Marketing & Sales, has over 38 years experience devoted to the development and commercialization of renewable energy technologies which include advanced batteries, electric vehicles, phosphoric acid fuel cells, and solar photovoltaic technologies. He is responsible for the Marketing & Sales Department. Areas of responsibility include market development for new products and services, product sales, and customer service. Prior to starting Solar Power Industries, Mr. Rosey was President and co-founder of EBARA Solar, Inc. a company dedicated to commercializing a thin ribbon silicon photovoltaic technology. Mr. Rosey has authored or co-authored numerous technical publications and has six patents. While employed at Westinghouse R&D, Mr. Rosey was also involved with the advanced product development of consumer appliances, industrial switchgear and other commercial product lines.

Dr. Gregory J. Hildeman - Vice President Engineering
Dr. Gregory J. Hildeman, Vice President of Engineering, has over 34 years of experience in R&D and process development. He is responsible for the Engineering Department, which supports manufacturing of silicon solar cells modules and systems. Areas of responsibility include the entire manufacturing process from casting high purity silicon into ingots, slicing wafers, chemical processing, texturing, diffusion, coating and printing of wafers as well as production and testing of cells, assembly of modules and PV systems. Prior to joining Solar Power Industries, Dr. Hildeman worked at Alcoa Technical Center and managed the Molten Metal Processing Division. Dr. Hildeman has authored or co-authored over 30 papers, edited two books and has been awarded 10 patents. He was also the 2004 President of the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society (TMS).

Sc.D.- Metallurgy with a minor in Business from Sloan School of Business, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
B.S. and M.S.- Metallurgical Engineering, University of Wisconsin.


Robert Lazzari - Vice President Resource Management
Robert L. Lazzari, Vice President, Resource Management, has over 31 years experience in the Management and Accounting field in both manufacturing and distribution companies. As a key member of the initial SPI start-up team, Mr. Lazzari is the Vice President of Resource Management. In his current capacity Mr. Lazzari is responsible for all the daily administrative operations of the company. His duties in this capacity also include management of all procurement and inventory functions from purchasing of raw materials to completion of orders of finished goods. He also is involved in the dealings with property lease agreements and directly involved in obtaining competitive bids on all renewable contracts including insurance, equipment maintenance, and supply agreements, among others. Mr. Lazzari also manages the Human Resource function of the company. He is directly responsible for hiring and maintaining the current workforce of over 120 employees along with all the management of the full range of benefits offered SPI employees.
